My name is Emma Levez Larocque and I am a Registered Holistic Nutritionist, a Certified Plant-Based Chef, an educator and a writer. I am passionate about sharing knowledge about how a healthy whole foods, plant-based (vegan) lifestyle can help people to live their best lives, with compassion and while treading as lightly as possible on our planet.
Since 2016 I have done that by teaching nutrition and cooking classes and workshops, and working with people 1-1 and in groups in person and online. Find out about current offerings and upcoming classes/events here.
Last year I started a YouTube Channel called In My Plant-Based Kitchen. I write articles, share my vegan recipes and generally try to be a resource for people who are interested in making a powerful plant shift.
This September I am starting a new healthy living support group with live classes, and in-between online support with my friend and colleague Terri Cramb (who is a health and fitness coach). Learn more here.
